In exercise of the powers conferred by section 56(1) of the Sale of Food Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Regulations: 在行使《食品銷售法》第56(1)條賦予的權(quán)力時(shí),國(guó)家發(fā)展部長(zhǎng)特此制定以下條例:
Citation and commencement 引文和啟動(dòng)程序
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Food (Amendment) Regulations 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2013. 1. 本條例可稱為《2013年食品(修訂)條例》,并將于2013年8月1日起施行。
Amendment of regulation 2 條例2的修正
2. Regulation 2(1) of the Food Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the full?stop at the end of the definition of “premises” and substituting a semi?colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following definition: 2. 修訂《食物規(guī)例》第2(1)條,刪去“處所”定義末尾的句號(hào),并以分號(hào)代替,并在其后緊接插入以下定義:

7.
